We’re hosting a Welcome Party on Friday from 7:00–10:00 PM at Lamarina in West Palm Beach. It will be a beautiful start to the weekend with dinner, dessert, and a few heartfelt speeches.

The attire is cocktail, but make it fun! We’re in Palm Beach so think polished and chic, but with fun pops of color or print — stylish, lively, and perfectly Palm Beach. We suggest men wear a sports coat and women come in a dress or other cocktail appropriate attire.

No, transportation will not be provided for this event. Guests may drive, Uber, or rideshare at their convenience.

Yes — valet parking is available on site for guests who choose to drive. Rideshare drop-off is also very easy.

Flagler Museum gates will open promptly at 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive before 6:00 PM.

Yes! Complimentary trolley transportation will run between the Hilton West Palm Beach (our hotel block) and the Flagler Museum both before and after the wedding. Trolleys will depart the Hilton promptly at 5:50 PM and 5:55 PM. Each trolley has an occupancy of 30 people so we suggest arriving to the main lobby early if you want to catch the first shuttle. Return shuttles will run throughout the night, with final departures between 12:00–12:30 AM.

Yes. Guests have complimentary access to the Flagler Museum parking lot which is located right outside the front gates. You can't miss it!

No the ceremony will take inside the Flagler Museum's beautiful West Room. However, cocktail hour will take place outdoors immediately after on the Pavilion Terrace.

Dinner will be served later than usual so please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour packed with delicious bites and cocktails begins at 7:00 PM, followed by a full dinner service closer to 8:30pm — and plenty of food all night long (including sweet treats and late-night bites). Don't worry...Cat loves food and will personally ensure no guest will go hungry.

We encourage all guests to stay until midnight. We’ve planned memorable experiences and special moments that unfold throughout the evening — right up to the last song. Shuttle service back to the Hilton will begin at midnight and continue until all guests are offsite.

Yes. The Hilton will be keeping their Galley bar open for wedding guests to share a final drink with the bride and groom and recap the night.

Join us for a relaxed and cozy Farewell Brunch from 10am to 12pm at Galley in the Hilton to close out the weekend together.

February in Palm Beach is typically mild, breezy, and beautiful, with temperatures often in the mid-60s to mid-70s in the evening. Because the cocktail hour will take place outdoors, we recommend bringing a light wrap or jacket if you tend to get chilly once the sun sets. Rain is uncommon this time of year, but we will have a seamless rain plan in place if needed.
